You can write to hello@sync4us.com with questions about Sync4us, the free beta or access. Requests are reviewed individually, and we will respond when we can offer useful guidance that reflects the product’s current state.
Beta access
If you want to try Sync4us, please use the access request form on the website. It helps us to know whether you work with Jira alone, Clockify and Jira, or a different workflow. Your name and a detailed explanation of the problem are optional; do not send credentials, tokens, real worklogs or confidential information.

People with access can ask questions about setup and report issues. When contacting us, describe the behavior you observed and the version you used, but avoid attaching configurations, passwords or client data. Sync4us is a free Windows beta, with automatic access while places are available.
Privacy
For questions about personal data or to request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, use the same email address and clearly state that it is a privacy inquiry. Information about the form, analytics and providers is available in the privacy notice.
